The Juiciest Smoked Bacon Burger

Combine Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, ketchup, dijon mustard, white vinegar, sweet pickle relish, and salt and pepper into a bowl and give it a stir. Add mayonnaise to the ground beef to make the meat extra moist and delicious. Form into thick burger patties. Smoke the patties on the smoker at 225F for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 130F. Sear the patties to get a nice crust. While the patties smoke, slice up and caramelize the onions, cook the bacon, and toast the buns with mayonnaise to make them golden brown and crisp. Build the burger however you’d like and enjoy!
