Chili Cheese Dog Baked Potato

-Light up some charcoal. While that heats up in a chimney, poke holes in potatoes and cover in oil and salt. Double wrap in tin foil.

-Place potatoes in the grill and dump charcoal over them. Place the grill grate back on and start heating up a cast iron grill on top.

-Oil the skillet, cook down onions and garlic. Add in ground beef and cook down. Add in seasonings, Worcestershire, mustard, and beef broth. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes, covered.

-Once that’s done, remove the potatoes. While they cool off, cook the hotdogs (I crosshatched mine but you don’t have to).

-Cut open the potatoes and top with cheese, hot dog, chili, chives, jalapeños, and more cheese. Enjoy!
