Pancake Breakfast Sandwiches

-Preheat griddle on medium high heat (I used the @halo.cooks Elite4B griddle) at about 450°F and cook the sausage patties + bacon until crisp

-Grease up some mason jar lids and place on the griddle. Crack eggs into them and mix in some seasoning. Remove lids and flip eggs. Set aside with the meat

-Lower the temp on the griddle to medium low and make the pancake batter by combining all the ingredients above. Mix well but not too well (you want those little chunks, not completely smooth)

-Put down some butter on the griddle and grease the jar rings again and place batter in each. After about 5 minutes, remove rings and flip pancakes. They should be perfectly golden brown

-Make syrup by combining butter, buttermilk, and syrup into a pot and get to a simmer. Remove from heat and add baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Would get nice and foamy, but should settle

-Build the sandwich however you’d like and dip into that insanely good syrup. Enjoy!
