Instructions

Preheat Versa 16 on high for about 10-12 minutes. If your prep time exceeds this time, set the dial to low after 12 mins. Prep your dough by patting dry with 3 parts flour, 1 part cornmeal and cut into 8 triangular slices. Lay out and flatten slightly. Place sauce, cheese, and toppings inside and fold in corners. Pinch bottom and ensure no toppings are peaking out. Place them on a pizza screen and lather on a layer of olive oil on each roll. Place in the oven for 5-7 mins. Once golden brown, remove, lather on butter, parmesan cheese, and basil. Let cool for about 5 mins.
