Mississippi Chuck Roast

Throw the chuck roast, pepperonchinis, butter, Ranch mix, Au Jus gravy mix, and optional white cooking wine into a crock pot. Set the crock pot on low for 8 hours. During that time, prepare rolls, diced red potatoes, and any other sides you'd like (e.g., roasted broccoli and carrots). Once the roast is finished cooking, shred it. Build sliders with the shredded roast and Oaxaca cheese slices, and enjoy with your prepared sides. Garnish with chives.
