Instructions

Marinate chicken with BBQ sauce and honey in a closed container and into the fridge for 30 minutes to 4 hours. Oil, salt, and bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for about 1 hour. Once thighs are done marinating, season well and grill over a hot bed of coals until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once potatoes reach 200°F (93°C) internal, bring them out, chop up chicken, and build the loaded potatoes. Garnish with bacon, more BBQ sauce, chives, and sour cream.
