Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs

Crosshatch hot dogs to give more room for garlic butter to go. Cook on the griddle for a few minutes or until they get a deeper red color and open up. Combine garlic butter ingredients (1 stick butter, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 Tbsp parsley, Buttery Garlic and Herb seasoning) and set aside. Cut open the bread and slather with garlic butter, cook on the griddle until golden brown and flip over onto a warming rack (this prevents the top from burning while the cheese melts). Add on cheese, bacon, and a little more garlic butter and close in until cheese is melty and add the hot dog. Enjoy!
