Fried Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich

How to:

-Place dough balls into small circular pans with about 1-2 Tbsp olive oil. Flatten to the shape of the pan and cover at room temperature until noticeably fluffy (not quite 2x in size)

-While those proof, prep the chicken in buttermilk+egg, then cover in Italian panko. Fry in oil until golden brown and tender

-Cook bacon on the @newageproductsinc Platinum Grill and bring all salad ingredients together

-Uncover and dimple the focaccia dough, slather in garlic butter, season with rosemary, and into the Platinum pizza oven (550°F stone temp, 800°F ambient) for about 5 minutes or until golden brown on top

-Cut bread in half and fill with chicken and salad, topped with parm and ranch, then close it in. Enjoy!
