Fluffy Pull-Apart Muffin Pan Dinner Rolls

Mix water, milk, butter, and honey into a bowl (must be warm!) and stir in the yeast. Wait 5-10 minutes (until bubbly). Mix in a cup of flour and pour in the salt. Slowly mix in flour every 30 seconds until dough is sticky and transfer to a greased bowl. Place dough into bowl and allow to proof for 1 hour in a warm environment (oven bread proof option suggested). After the first proof, drop dough onto a flat surface, grab a kitchen scale and grease your muffin pan. Portion out dough balls to 2oz and roll up. Cut into thirds and place into each muffin spot. Once rolls are situated, cover and allow to proof for 30 more minutes in a warm environment. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake rolls for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are beautifully golden. Glaze tops of rolls with 2 Tbsp of butter and let them rest for 5 minutes. ENJOY!
