Creamy Cowboy Butter Surf N Turf Sliders

-Preheat the grill to max heat

-Season steaks with Cowboy Butter seasoning and place on the grill for 1 min on each side (be sure the grill is piping hot)

-Remove steak and place a cast iron over the heat. Throw in butter, thyme, and garlic, then finish the steaks in the butter bath

-While the steaks rest, cook the shrimp, and mix together all the ingredients for the sauce (you can use the steak juices + 1/2 a stick of butter OR just 1 whole stick of butter)

-Toast the buns, cut through the steak, and build the sliders for a delicious summer meal

PRO TIP: if you notice your sauce splitting, add a tablespoon of water. A great way to avoid splitting the sauce is to remove from heat as soon as butter is melted. However, if you do split it (which I have done a lot with cowboy butter), just add a little water
