Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders

To make this in 30 minutes, start by grilling the onions until caramelized. While the onions cook down, season the steaks and sear them until the internal temperature reaches about 115F, then remove and let them rest. While the steak rests, finish up the onions and prepare the cowboy butter by combining the butter, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, fresh parsley, fresh chives, fresh thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Finally, toast the brioche slider buns. Assemble the sliders by placing steak slices, caramelized onions, and a generous amount of cowboy butter on the toasted buns. Enjoy a rewarding meal.
