Chicken Bacon Steak Queso

Fire up charcoal for the first 10-15 minutes. While the coals get hot, cut up cheese and place in a cast iron skillet. Place skillet over hot coals and wait until they start to get melty. Throw in milk, chiles, and tomatoes and stir until all melty and incorporated. Season meat and place on the grate until steak reached medium doneness and chicken reached 165F internal. Dice up meat and throw on top of queso, then garnish with bacon and cilantro.
